Founded in 2010, Hebron Stone Factory began as a block-cutting operation serving local builders. Over the following years the company added slab sawing, polishing and CNC finishing lines, so that every stage — from raw block to packed slab — now happens under one roof.
The factory produces finished stone for floors, walls, facades and interiors, and offers cut-to-size work for architects and contractors.
Quarrying and block selection. Blocks are selected for colour consistency and structural quality before they enter production.
Cutting and finishing. Gang saws produce slabs from raw blocks; CNC bridge saws cut to size; an automatic line polishes and hones surfaces.
Quality control. Each batch is checked for thickness, flatness and finish before packing.
